We've been exceptionally happy with Amanda and her team! We were using a different property management company that never checked on our rental. We were just another number to them. I was managing my rentals myself for over 15 years, but wanted to separate when things with my long term tenant started to get too personal. My realtor does not handle rentals and recommended Northwest Move. When they took over, they were able to keep my long term tenant and raise the rent to market value....which was over $1200 additional a month. I had no idea what my property was worth! I'll never handle my own again!

I've been renting for about a year, and Amanda took over managing the house I rent about 7 months ago. The old company was hard to reach and never handled the maintenance requests. My girlfriend and I asked multiple times to have the flooring replaced by our back slider that was rotting under the carpet due to a slider leak, and a few other things. When Amanda took over, she came over and introduced herself and made sure to see if there was anything we needed. We honestly had alot to say and just expected the same situation, but that was not the case. Over the course of the next couple of days and into the next week, everything was fixed. Every month they send me a check in to see how we are doing and make sure we are happy. We haven't had any unresolved issues and feel they care. My girlfriend recently had our baby and we were completely shocked to get a call congratulating us and a thoughtful gift. Thank you for everything you do for us.

Worked with us to find the right rental. We have 2 dogs and it's hard to find a place right now. We did not end up renting from Northwest move, but they worked with us to find us something from a different company. They did not have to go the extra mile, but they did and we'll refer our friends here in the future.
